Scotty Hagan

Scotty Hagan has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Scotty started their career in 2006 as a Manager at The Keg Steakhouse + Bar, where they successfully managed a large staff and created a customer-focused atmosphere. In 2011, they founded their own landscaping company called The Lawn Whisperer, where they managed a client list of 60 regular clients and supervised part-time employees. After selling the business in 2015, they transitioned to Bower Property Management Inc and served as a Strata Manager, overseeing a portfolio of 13 properties and handling financials and vendor engagements.

In 2018, Scotty joined Mapster as a Web Developer, where they developed small web projects using technologies like React, Wordpress, and HTML/CSS/JS. Later that year, they moved on to Traction Guest, initially working as a Full-stack Developer, responsible for designing, delivering, and maintaining features. Scotty also took on the role of a Software Team Lead and led remote teams of developers while implementing a software development lifecycle process. Most recently, in 2017, Scotty attended Lighthouse Labs where they completed a Web Development Bootcamp, specializing in Computer Programming.
