The Role

The Jr Analyst will be part of a Client Engagement team that supports the business area with strategic and operational solutions in multiple channels.

The Analyst will be responsible for providing operational support to the Sales and Customer Service teams, ensuring both teams have the necessary information and training on product functions.

Their focus will be on proactivity, problem-solving, and high energy, contributing to enhancing the customer experience and commercial effectiveness. Also, this position will be responsible for developing the reports for this areas.

What will I be doing?

• • Multiple stakeholder management

    • Ability to work proactively and solve problems quickly.

    • High energy and ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

    • Ability to structure information and create effective training and report materials.

Ideal Candidate 

• 1–2 years of experience in operational support, sales, or customer service roles.
• Knowledge in building presentations and reports (excel and powerpoint)
• Academic Background: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields.

Technical: 

• Languages: Native Spanish and Intermediate English

• Specific Tools: Excel, PowerPoint and Workflows

• Being a strong speaker and effective communicator of information.
