The Role

We are looking for a Finance FP&A Payments Specialist who will be part of this amazing and fast – growing Fintech.

She / He will join the finance team supporting financial and pricing activities in order to ensure short and long term company goals.

What will I be doing?

• Identify strategies to increase profits/support sales

• Keep track and model of the Mid-Market Business & Segment

• Business Results tracking and adjusting as required

• Ensure data-driven insights (internal and external data) to support sound financial decisions

• Support month end activities such as market/business trends, MoM & YoY variances explanation for key stakeholders for our Core Business (representing 95% of the yearly volume). Present monthly P&Ls

• Full P&L ownership and stakeholder management

• Support pricing analysis through industry, market and competitor’s trends

• Create, distribute and monitor reporting tools and custom dashboards tailored to teams’ needs that quickly convey expense results.

• Prepare monthly and quarterly business review materials, with explanations about expense actuals vs budget variances for Monthly Business Review

• Budgeting & Forecasting (Quarterly) and track of main KPI’s (Retention, LTV & CAC)

Ideal Candidate 

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics, Actuary or Applied Mathematics.

• +3 years of experience in analytics, finance, data modeling.

• Strong understanding of the payments industry.

• Fluent communication and negotiation skills. Strong analytical skills is a must. Ability to assess risks and opportunities for the business. Highly organized and detail oriented.

• From Fintech industry preferred.

Technical: 

• Proficient excel, pivot tables, macros, Power Query etc.

• SQL or Phython preferred

• Analysis with large data sets

• P&L Management

• Financial Planning Analysis
