David Mora

David Mora's work experience begins in 2014 when they worked as an Energy Saving Projects Researcher at Facultad de Ingeniería de la UNAM. In this role, they designed and developed a web application for data capture and implemented a MySQL database for data storage.

From 2015 to 2019, David worked at VoiceTech Solutions as a Software Developer. Here, they focused on cloud development, specifically designing and implementing a microservices architecture for chatbots on Amazon Web Services. David also developed APIs for data management and configuration and implemented a CI/CD methodology with AWS.

In 2019, David joined Nativa Global - LivePerson as a Chatbot Developer and Solutions Engineer. In this role, they developed REST APIs and integrated them to enable transactional use cases such as tracking shipments and making orders.
