Lynn Xu is the current Chief Retail Solution Officer at Clobotics. Lynn has an extensive background in business solutions, having worked with both multinational and local clients in a variety of industries. Xu began their career as a research assistant at the University of Toronto, where they conducted a longitudinal study on skilled immigrants and published several research papers in academic journals. Lynn then went on to work as an assistant to the Sales & Marketing Director at Ato Hong Kong Ltd. before becoming a sales manager at C. Melchers GmbH & Co. In 2003, Xu joined Nielsen, where they focused on FMCG sales tracking. Lynn remained with the company for over 15 years, until June 2019.
Lynn Xu's educational career includes a Bachelor's degree in English literature from Beijing International Studies University, a Master's degree in Sociology from the University of Toronto, and a certificate in French Language and Literature from Alliance française. Lynn also has a certification from Nielsen in Executive Black Belt.
