Vickie also worked at Benefitfocus in various capacities related to product strategy, client relations, and training, and began a career at BlueCross BlueShield of Oklahoma with roles in customer delivery and project management. Vickie attained an MBA with a Healthcare Concentration from the Jack Welch Management Institute in June 2022.
