Participating as executive leader in the statewide consolidation of over 50 NYS agency IT organizations and their data centers. Director of the DMV modernization, a multi-year initiative involving over 200 agency application systems. Adam brings extensive experience building business and IT capabilities, that include program, project, business analysis, data & analytics, quality assurance, system lifecycle, security, architecture, and budget planning strategies.
