Joe Thompson is a seasoned professional in technical communications and instructional design, currently serving as the Manager of Technical Communications at Cloud Inventory® since July 2019, where a Communication Ecosystem was established to streamline training and customer service solutions. Previous experience includes roles at Netsmart Technologies as a Training Developer and Documentation Manager, where System Administrator certification programs were developed, and at YRC Freight as an Instructional Developer II, leading comprehensive training programs. Additional expertise was garnered through positions at the American Academy of Family Physicians, H&R Block, Cerner Corporation, and DST Systems, showcasing a consistent focus on creating effective learning experiences and documentation across diverse industries. Joe Thompson holds a Bachelor of Science in English Language and Literature from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
