Lake also has experience as a Manager and Principal Consultant in Professional Services at KANA Software. Lake's career began as a Software Engineer at Sprint and has since progressed through roles such as Software Developer and Sr. Software Consultant. Lake holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Truman State University and a MSc in Engineering Management from The University of Kansas.
