Steve's earlier experiences include roles as an Inbound Routing Shipment Specialist at eShipping and a Collegiate Services Coordinator for Sigma Tau Gamma Fraternity, where responsibilities spanned operations management, recruitment, and social media engagement. Steve's career commenced at Fastenal Company as a Sales Support professional, honing skills in customer account management and sales operations. Steve holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Central Missouri.
