Raffaele Unali has been working in the IT industry since 2010. Raffaele started as a Network Operator at Freemax SpA in 2010, then moved to WiTech in 2015 as a Network & Support Engineer. In 2019, they joined Cloud4Wi as a Customer Success Manager and Service Manager.
Raffaele Unali has a degree from the Università di Pisa. In addition, they have obtained various certifications, such as CMNA - Cisco Meraki (2015), ECSA - Endian Certified Security Administrator (2014), MTCNA - Mikrotik (2014), Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 (2022), and Mikrotik - MTCRE (2017).
