Paullie Etienne has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. In 1999, they started their career as a Senior Technical Recruiter at TechSource. Paullie then moved on to work at Xerox Corporation as a Major Accounts, Sales & Solutions Executive from 2002 to 2005. Afterward, they joined LoopNet, where they held two roles: Senior Market Development Manager from 2006 to 2009, and subsequently Senior Manager of Strategic Accounts from 2009 to 2013. In the same year, Etienne co-founded Cloud9 Esports, Inc., where they initially served as a Co-Founder and Board Member and later became the Chief Operating Officer. Paullie'stenure at Cloud9 lasted from 2013 to 2021.
