Bryan Beck

Bryan Beck is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and information technology management. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at CloudBees since January 2021, Bryan leads the Customer Success organization for the US East, Canada, and Federal regions, focusing on large customers in the US Northeast. Prior to CloudBees, Bryan spent nearly two decades at Duke Energy Corporation, where notable roles included Director of Information Technology, responsible for leading the DevOps program and other key IT initiatives, as well as IT Manager and Infrastructure Specialist. Bryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Computer Information Systems from Appalachian State University.
