Kashish Puri

Kashish Puri is currently serving as a Senior Customer Experience Programs Manager at CloudBees since October 2023, focusing on enhancing customer engagement and optimizing the customer journey within the Customer Lifecycle Programs team. Prior to this role, Kashish worked at Virtuoso as a Senior Customer Success Manager for the APAC region and previously as Account Manager for North America and EMEA, achieving significant results in customer expansions and team mentoring. Earlier experience includes being a Customer Success Manager at Chargebee, where notable achievements included leading the team in performance metrics, and roles at DDB Mudra Group, SocialPanga, and other firms, developing client relationships and executing successful marketing campaigns. Kashish holds an MBA from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Indraprastha College for Women, Delhi University.
