Matt Kadak, PMP

Matt Kadak, PMP, is a Principal Customer Success Manager at CloudBees since May 2021, specializing in driving digital transformations for apex and strategic customers through innovative solutions. Previously, as a Strategic Customer Success Manager and Project Manager at Mapcom Systems from August 2012 to May 2021, Matt successfully managed the implementation and support of software projects with budgets exceeding $1M, focusing on customer advocacy, training, and documentation. In the role of Senior Project Manager, Matt led project teams to deliver 95% of client projects on time and within budget, while being a proactive communicator regarding project progress and a mentor to peers. Matt's early experience includes an internship at the Town of Blacksburg GIS Department.
