Alka Pathak

Alka Pathak is a seasoned professional in the engineering and support domain with extensive experience in premier support roles. Currently serving as a Staff Premier Support Engineer at Cloudera since March 2020, Alka has previously held the positions of Senior Premier Support Engineer and Customer Operations Engineer within the same company. Prior to Cloudera, Alka worked at Virtusa as an Associate Consultant from October 2019 to February 2020, and at Infosys as a Senior System Engineer from December 2015 to September 2019. Alka holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Industrial and Production Engineering from S.G.S.I.T.S., completed in 2015.
