Bill Zhang

Bill Zhang serves as the Vice President of Product Management at Cloudera, focusing on Open Data Lakehouse and Apache Iceberg. Previously, Bill held several key positions at Cloudera, including Sr. Director and Director of Data Warehouse Product Management, where responsibilities included managing product strategy and integration across various platforms. Prior to Cloudera, Bill was the Head of SAP HANA Cloud at SAP, leading cloud product strategy and commercialization for SAP HANA. Bill also gained significant experience at Sybase Software as Sr. Manager of Product Management. Bill Zhang holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from NYU Stern School of Business, along with multiple Electrical Engineering degrees from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Rhode Island.
