Bryan Ackerman

Bryan Ackerman is a seasoned professional in service delivery and IT management, currently serving as a Senior Service Delivery Manager at Cloudera since October 2021. With extensive experience, Bryan held various roles at Oracle from October 2006 to May 2021, including Senior IT Manager and Senior Program Manager. Prior to that, Bryan served as a Lieutenant at the Donald Wescott Fire Department for over 16 years and worked at Sun Microsystems in roles such as Service Support Manager and System Support Engineer from July 1998 to September 2006. Beginning a career in public service, Bryan was a Firefighter and EMT with the State of California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection from May 1993 to August 1997. Bryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Humboldt State University, earned between 1993 and 1998.
