James Bisordi

James Bisordi is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in professional services, customer success, and cloud solutions. Currently serving as SVP of Professional Services, Training, Customer Adoption, and Success at Cloudera since October 2020, James is responsible for global outcomes in a hybrid data cloud environment. Previously, James held significant leadership roles at Pure Storage as Vice President & Global Head of Customer Success and at NetApp as Global Vice President, overseeing transformation and customer engagements. Additionally, James has a rich history at SAP, where various roles included Global Vice President for multiple service lines, focused on virtualization, operations transformation, and enterprise testing solutions. A graduate of Saint Mary's College with a B.A. in Business Management, James has also contributed as a board member at Smartbeings and held positions at HP, Siebel Systems, CyberSource, and Sun Microsystems.
