Poornima Kandasamy

Poornima Kandasamy currently serves as a Customer Operations Engineer at Cloudera since February 2021, and previously held the role of Customer Interaction Specialist. Prior to this, Poornima worked as a Customer Relationship Management Executive at ePack Durables Solutions from July 2020 to February 2021, engaging with notable clients such as Bosch, Godrej, Blue Star, and Voltas to address business requirements, manage customer escalations, and coordinate meetings between clients and upper management. Poornima holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from IIMT University, Meerut, completed in 2020.
