Scott Reasoner, CPA, MBA, is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within prominent technology companies. Notable positions include Chief Accounting Officer at Cloudera and Hortonworks, where responsibilities encompassed multiple levels of financial oversight as Controller and Principal Accounting Officer. Prior roles included Controller at Twilio, Inc., and various senior-level financial positions at DELL and Quest Software, which was acquired by DELL.
