Bikash Basukala

Bikash (Kaji) Basukala is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Head of Platform Operations (SRE) at CloudFactory, where responsibilities include maintaining the health of cloud operations and managing macro-level projects to ensure agility and cost-effectiveness. With a career spanning over a decade, Bikash has held various roles at CloudFactory, including Associate Director of DevOps and Senior DevOps Manager, contributing to the company's expansion across multiple countries. Prior to CloudFactory, Bikash worked as a DevOps Manager and System Administrator at Sprout Technology, which later evolved into CloudFactory. Other notable positions include Remote Senior Support Engineer cum System Administrator at KalkBay Interactive WebHosting and several roles in system administration at companies such as Mitra Networks Pvt. Ltd., AceCom Pvt. Ltd., and Gramin Pahuncha Pvt. Ltd.
