Mark Miller

Mark Miller has a diverse and extensive work experience in the technology industry. Mark is currently serving as the Vice President of Cyber Application and Service Engineering at CloudFit Software. In this role, they lead the Service Engineering organization, focusing on building scalable and reliable Cloud Services through technical expertise and automation.

Before joining CloudFit Software, Mark held various roles at Microsoft. Mark served as a Fast Track Architect, managing accounts and driving customer adoption of O365 workloads. Mark also worked as a Service Delivery Executive, assisting companies in their transition to the cloud, with a particular focus on O365 service offerings. Additionally, Mark was a Senior Program Manager, leading projects related to communications tools for Office 365 services, and a Group Manager for Microsoft Online Services, overseeing a business intelligence and monitoring team.

Prior to their tenure at Microsoft, Mark worked as an Operations Consultant, providing IT operations assessments, ITIL/Six Sigma training, and project management consulting to clients. Mark also held various roles at Lexmark, including a Support Specialist, where they provided support for a stand-alone device used for printer sharing.

Throughout their career, Mark has demonstrated a strong technical background, expertise in cloud services, and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Mark Miller attended Western Kentucky University from 1990 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Mathematics. In addition, they recently obtained several certifications from Microsoft in August 2022, including FRP Foundation Associate Mission, FRP Foundation Delivery Professional Mission, FRP Migration Associate Mission, and FRP Migration Process Specialist Mission.
