Michelle M. currently serves as the Sr. Vice President of Human Resources at CloudHQ, LLC, leading global HR efforts and successfully expanding the workforce and company presence in nine new countries since January 2021. Previously, Michelle held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at a fast-growing data center developer, and was the Regional Human Resources Director at CohnReznick LLP, where strategic HR initiatives were implemented to align workforce management with business objectives. Earlier career roles include Director of Human Resources at OrthoVirginia, HR Manager at Inova Health System, and HR Manager at The Chronicle of Higher Education, along with experience as an HR Business Partner at WilmerHale. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Virginia Tech.
