Aaron Kletzing

Aaron Kletzing is a seasoned operations leader currently serving as VP Operations & General Manager / Business Unit Leader at CloudKitchens and City Storage Systems since January 2022, where overall P&L and operational responsibilities are managed for a business unit. Prior experience includes significant roles at Amazon from January 2016 to December 2021, culminating as Head of Business Operations / SMB Commercial Sales Leader and previously as General Manager for both the Midwest Region and Chicago for Amazon Restaurants. Aaron also co-founded RallyPoint, serving as COO and Board Observer, focusing on suicide intervention within the military community through innovative machine learning solutions. Early career experience includes serving as an Army Officer from January 2006 to December 2011. Aaron holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
