Nate Pollak

Nate Pollak possesses extensive experience in sales, operations, and entrepreneurial leadership across various industries. As Vice President of Enterprise Sales at CloudKitchens from August 2019 to April 2023, Pollak led go-to-market strategies and deal execution for major global accounts. Previously, Pollak served as GM and Head of Enterprise Partnerships, overseeing sales and account management while managing operations for global account growth. Additionally, Pollak launched and managed operations in the Northwest US/CAN, with full P&L responsibility. As CEO and Founder of The American Grilled Cheese Kitchen, Pollak established a successful multi-location fast casual restaurant, led capital raises, and developed a nationwide franchising system. Earlier career roles include Product Marketing Manager for The San Francisco Marathon and various positions at Motiv and Morgan Stanley. Pollak holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley's Haas School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from UCLA.
