Ishan Taparia

Ishan Taparia is a Senior Marketing Automation Consultant and Marketing Cloud Consultant at CloudMasonry since October 2022. Previously, Ishan served as a Support Engineer and Associate Support Engineer at Salesforce, where responsibilities included providing technical support for the Salesforce Marketing Cloud, achieving high customer satisfaction scores, and training new Support Engineers. Ishan's experience also includes internships at West Monroe and other organizations, focusing on software engineering, data engineering, and web development projects. A Bachelor’s Degree in Economics was obtained from The Ohio State University. Ishan's technical expertise spans multiple programming languages and frameworks, demonstrated by effective project contributions across numerous roles.
