Shakira Shanaz

Shakira Shanaz, PMP, currently serves as a Project Manager and Product Owner at Cloudprinter.com since 2025. Prior to this role, Shakira held various leadership positions at Iyuno from 2020 to 2025, managing business and operational matters as both IT Project Manager and Managing Director. Shakira also worked as Head of Operations at REV Media Group from 2017 to 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing digital content projects and liaising with major clients like Facebook and Google. Earlier experience includes serving as Regional Head of Operations at Fave from 2015 to 2017, where Shakira managed significant mergers and the transition to a new e-wallet platform. Shakira began the career at Groupon Malaysia from 2011 to 2015, focusing on partner management. Shakira earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from INTI between October 2020 and March 2022.
