Ron Tal possesses extensive experience in machine learning and software engineering, currently serving as ML Infra at CloudTrucks since August 2022. Prior roles include Sr Machine Learning Platform Engineer at Coinbase from August 2018 to June 2022, and Sr Software Engineer at Uber from June 2014 to August 2018, where significant contributions were made to anomaly detection and machine learning platforms. Earlier career highlights include a Sr Software Engineer position at @WalmartLabs and research roles at York University and Karlsruhe Institute of Technology. Ron holds a MASc and BASc in Computer Engineering from York University and is currently pursuing a PhD in Computer Science at the same institution.
