Jeff Farrow

Jeff Farrow is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical sector. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Strategy Officer at Tarsus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since April 2023, Jeff also holds the position of Independent Non-Executive Board Member at Clover Biopharmaceuticals since September 2021. Previously, Jeff was the Chief Financial Officer at Global Blood Therapeutics from April 2016 until December 2022, during which the company was acquired by Pfizer for $5.4 billion. Prior roles include Chief Financial Officer at ZS Pharma, which was acquired by AstraZeneca for $2.7 billion in December 2015, and Chief Financial Officer at Hyperion Therapeutics, acquired by Horizon Pharma for $1.1 billion in May 2015. Jeff began the professional journey as Vice President of Finance.
