Wei Shengxi

Wei Shengxi, PMP has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Wei started their career in 2005 as a Developer/Project Leader at SAP. Wei then worked at SCS as a Project Leader from December 2008 to December 2009. In 2010, they joined ADP as a SAP HCM Senior Consultant until August 2012. Wei Shengxi then moved to Ferrero, where they served as the APAC HRIS Senior Manager from August 2012 to June 2013, and later as the APAC HRIS Director from July 2013 to September 2015. Wei then joined GE in September 2015 and held multiple roles such as the Global Operations Asia - HR Service Delivery Leader, G.China lifecycle leader, and JP&KR HR Ops, P&B leader until October 2020. From October 2020 to July 2021, Wei Shengxi worked at Fosun Foda, serving as the Managing Director - Global HR SSC & Digital Transformation. Currently, they hold the position of Director - Global HR Share Service at Sansei Pharmaceutical since August 2021.

Wei Shengxi, PMP obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science and Technology from Donghua University in the years 2000-2004. Additionally, Wei has received additional certifications including CCNA from Cisco and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from The Project Management Institute (PMI).
