Jessie Wild Sneller

Jessie Wild Sneller is an experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership and program design within the health and nonprofit sectors. At Clover Health since October 2017, Jessie has held multiple senior roles, including Vice President & Chief of Staff for the Office of the CEO and Vice President of Strategic Business Initiatives. Prior to Clover Health, Jessie served as Director of Experience Design at Sixup PBC, Inc., focusing on customer interactions to support low-income students. Jessie also contributed to IDEO.org as a Senior Business Designer, leading projects aimed at enhancing financial health for low-income populations, and worked at the Wikimedia Foundation to establish a participatory evaluation model within grantmaking. Earlier experience includes consulting roles at The Bridgespan Group and Bain & Company. Jessie holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University Bloomington, with a focus on Public Policy Analysis, International Business, and Religious Studies.
