Sarita Hale is an experienced Human Resources professional with a background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Clover HR since March 2020, Sarita previously held the position of Senior Human Resources Advisor at Eaton from December 2015 to October 2019, and at Caterpillar Inc. from November 2004 to April 2015. Sarita began a career in HR as a Human Resources Assistant at Nightspeed Services from March 2003 to October 2004. Academic credentials include a BA (Hons) in Human Resource Management from the University of Wolverhampton, earned between 1998 and 2002.
