Business Development Manager (DeFi)

Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Experience in blockchain environment • Knowledgeable in blockchain and decentralised finance (DeFi) • Strong network in the crypto industry • Strong project management ability and interpersonal skills • Fluent in English, Chinese/Korean is a good-to-have but not requirement

You will: • Lead the overall business expansion of the project, including communication on technical integration and establishing partnership especially within the Polkadot/Ethereum ecosystem • Capable of identifying new trend and innovative product feature integration • Able to work independently on performing due diligence and leading initial conversations. Candidate will then work with corresponding team members after conversion • External representative of CLV, being responsible of building and maintaining business relationship
