Hilmon Sorey is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in sales strategy, training, and organizational performance. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Partner at The Source Groups, Sorey is instrumental in fostering connections among Miami's tech entrepreneurs. As Co-Founder and Managing Director of ClozeLoop, Sorey drives performance across management and sales functions for leading companies. Sorey also co-founded CoachCRM, a platform designed to enhance coaching for leaders, and holds a partnership role at 2.12 Angels, managing a diverse investment portfolio. Sorey's previous roles include Sales and Management Consultant at Sandler Training and Associate Publisher at American City Business Journals, where impactful revenue growth was achieved. Sorey co-founded STAR Consulting Technologies and served as CMO for Gilian Technologies. Educational credentials include studies at Roosevelt University from 1988 to 1991.
