Kristie Chen

Kristie Chen is an accomplished product leader currently serving as the Head of Product at 9GAG since May 2021, where responsibilities include leading the product engineering team, defining team OKRs and product strategies, and fostering cross-department cooperation. Previously, Kristie held the position of Senior Product Manager at 9GAG, where transformational recommendations and a data-driven agile approach were implemented. At ViuTV, as a founding member and Product Manager, Kristie successfully built the digital platform from scratch and optimized workflows while balancing user experience and business objectives. Early career experience includes roles as a Copywriter at Cheil Worldwide Inc. and Grey Group. Kristie holds an MBA from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and master's and bachelor's degrees in Social Science from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
