Nicolas Tissot

Nicolas TISSOT currently serves as the Group CFO for CLP, a position held since 2020, while also contributing as a Board Member and Financial Committee Chairman for the French-American Foundation since 2016. Previous experience includes roles as an Independent Board Member and Chairman of the Audit & Compliance Committee at Euroclear from April 2015 to December 2020, and Group CFO for Bureau Veritas from 2016 to 2019, where the company is recognized as a global leader in Testing, Inspection, and Certification. TISSOT was the Group CFO at Alstom from 2010 to 2015, and held various senior financial positions at ENGIE between 1999 and 2010, including Deputy CEO of Global Gas & LNG. Early in the career, TISSOT served as Inspecteur des Finances at the French Ministry of Economy and Finance from 1995 to 1999. Academic credentials include a Master's in Business Administration from HEC Paris, a Postgraduate degree in Public Administration from ENA, and participation in the Global Leadership Series at The Wharton School.
