Nick Ayala has over seven years of experience in operations and project management. Nick is currently the Operations Manager at Clubhouse, a software company that provides tools for product managers and developers to streamline their workflow. Nick has been with Clubhouse since January 2021.

Prior to joining Clubhouse, Nick was with Legion Technologies as the Program Manager for Customer Success & Implementation. Nick was responsible for coordinating accounts valued at $500,000+ ARR from implementation to system-wide deployment within 3-6 months. Nick also prepared Board of Director and Senior Leadership decks & documents providing quarterly status on Customer Success division OKRs and growth levers during 300% team expansion within 6 months.

Before Legion Technologies, Nick was with KONICA MINOLTA, INC. as the Business Operations Associate for the Business Innovation Center. In this role, they were responsible for supporting the business planning process and identifying opportunities for operational improvements.

Nick began their career as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte in Advisory where they worked on projects related to organizational design, process improvement, and change management.

In 2013, Nick served as the President & Chief Executive Officer for Associated Students at SJSU where they were responsible for representing the student body and advocating for their needs on campus.
