Joyeeta Ghosh currently serves as the Head of Technology at ClubsNSW, where responsibilities include leveraging Generative AI and IT strategic planning to enhance organizational performance, drive member engagement through data-driven insights, and implement cloud-based solutions. Prior to this, Joyeeta held the position of Technology Head at The Tax Institute, leading digital transformation initiatives. Additional experience includes roles as Business System Application Lead at the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Service Owner at Macquarie Group, and various positions at Nomura and its affiliates, with a strong focus on business analysis, project management, and team leadership. Joyeeta's educational background includes a Bachelor of Computer Applications from Visva-Bharati.
