Reyna Rebelo Mendes is a seasoned professional in Learning and Development, currently serving as the Learning and Development Manager at ClubsNSW since February 2020. In this role, Reyna leads initiatives to enhance educational pathways for Directors, Members, and their Clubs. Prior to this, Reyna held various positions at Barrington Training Services from 2007 to 2020, including Manager of Learning and Development, where responsibilities encompassed designing training programs, conducting needs analyses, and managing mentoring initiatives. Reyna also served as a National Head Trainer and as a contract trainer for Class Methods. Earlier experience includes a role as a Learning and Development Consultant at Telstra. Reyna holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor's degree in Arts from the University of Mumbai and a Bachelor's degree in Education from Goa University, along with diplomas in Business and Management. Reyna is a professional member of the Australian Institute of Club Directors and a Director at the Club Directors Institute.
