Clare Fleming is a seasoned Business Analyst/Developer with extensive experience in the non-profit sector, currently working at Clúid Housing since April 2016, where responsibilities include gathering business requirements, developing SQL queries, and enhancing business processes through automation and data management. Previously, Clare served as a Fundraising System Analyst at Concern Worldwide, focusing on improving CRM systems and database management, alongside a background as an Application Consultant at CSC, where involvement spanned the full project lifecycle, including client management and team leadership. Clare holds a BSc in Applied Computing from Waterford Institute of Technology and has completed additional certifications in digital marketing and ITIL. Key technical proficiencies include SQL server programming, data integrity, and systems analysis.

Clúid has over 300 staff to ensure that it has the capacity to meet this mission.
