Clúid Housing
Elaine Murphy currently serves as the People & Culture Manager at Clúid Housing since January 2016, overseeing various HR functions including recruitment, performance management, learning and development, and employee relations. In addition to this role, Elaine has been with Clúid Housing Association since March 2003 as an HR Executive, where responsibilities include maintaining HR policies, staff training, and handling grievance and disciplinary matters. Prior to these positions, Elaine worked as an Administrative Assistant at PSEU from September 1999 to March 2003. Elaine holds a BSc Honours degree in Human Resource Management from Technological University Dublin, obtained between 2004 and 2008.
