Eleanor Hession has extensive experience in operations, administration, and compliance roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a People Experience Partner at Clúid Housing since April 2021, Eleanor previously held positions including Assistant Manager - Operations and Executive Assistant to the CEO at Connected Health Group Limited (August 2019 - May 2021), and Compliance Officer at Ards and North Down Borough Council (September 2018 - August 2019). Eleanor's background also includes GDPR compliance work at Enterprise Ireland, supervisory roles in retail at Reiss and Karen Millen, and marketing experience with Púca. Eleanor holds degrees in Marketing and a diploma in Microsoft Excel, and is currently pursuing a degree in Python Programming and Data Processing at UCD Professional Academy.

Clúid has over 300 staff to ensure that it has the capacity to meet this mission.
