John Treacy is an experienced Project Manager Quantity Surveyor currently employed at Clúid Housing since October 2016. Prior to this role, John served as Managing Director, Project Manager, and Quantity Surveyor at Treacy Builders Limited from March 2002 to September 2016. John holds a Master’s Degree in Sustainable Public Building, Quantity Surveying from Limerick Institute of Technology, achieved in 2012, and also holds a NCEA Diploma in Construction Studies and a National Certificate in Construction Studies, both from Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology. Earlier career experience includes various positions at Treform Limited from 1992 to 2002, where responsibilities encompassed roles such as Site Engineer, Contracts Manager, and Company Safety Officer.
