Lotte Pijnenburg

Lotte Pijnenburg has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Lotte currently holds the position of Product Manager at CM.com since September 2022. Before that, they worked as the Quality & Delivery Manager at CM.com from July 2021 to September 2022. Prior to their management roles, Lotte served as a Graduation intern in Quality Assurance at CM.com from February 2021 to June 2021. Lotte also gained experience as a Risk Assistant from October 2020 to June 2021 and as a Trainee in Risk Management from July 2020 to September 2020, both at CM.com. Earlier in their career, Lotte worked as a Verkoopster (Saleswoman) at Albert Heijn from June 2019 to December 2019. Lotte also served as a Keukenmedewerkster (Kitchen Staff) and Barvrouw (Barwoman) at Zwart Breda from November 2018 to December 2019, and as a Barvrouw (Barwoman) and Gastvrouw (Hostess) at VV Baronie from January 2016 to March 2019.

Lotte Pijnenburg has a diverse education history, spanning from high school to postgraduate studies. In 2014, they obtained the "Vmbo-mbo-brugproject toekomstmogelijkheden van techniek en ICT" certification from Radius College. From 2011 to 2015, Pijnenburg attended De Nassau scholengemeenschap where they completed their "MAVO" degree in higher general secondary education. Lotte then continued their studies at De Nassau scholengemeenschap from 2015 to 2017 and obtained their "Middelbare School" diploma.

Moving on to higher education, Pijnenburg attended Avans University of Applied Sciences from 2017 to 2021. Here, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, specializing in "Bedrijfskunde" (Business administration). Additionally, Pijnenburg achieved the "Propedeuse Bedrijfskunde" certificate from Avans Hogeschool in February 2019.

In terms of professional development, Pijnenburg acquired several certifications. In September 2022, they were awarded the "Professional Scrum Product Owner 1" certificate by Scrum.org. Pijnenburg also obtained the "monday.com Product Badge" from Lessonly in July 2021. In February 2021, they completed the "ISO 27001, ISO 27017 en ISO 27018 informatiebeveiliging" certification at Nieuwhuis Consult. Additionally, they gained expertise in risk management through various certifications, including "Identifying strategic objectives and risks (CPE)," "Implementing enterprise risk management (CPE)," and "Reporting and monitoring risk (CPE)" obtained in January 2020, all from Galvanize.

Taking a step further, Pijnenburg focuses on their specialization in Information Technology (IT) and management. From 2022 to 2024, they are pursuing a Master's degree in Management of Information Technology (IT) at NCOI Opleidingen. To enhance their leadership skills, Pijnenburg attended the TIAS School for Business and Society in 2022, where they completed the "CMBA" program in Personal Leadership. Lotte also plans to attend INSEAD and the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University in 2023 to pursue additional "CMBA" programs in Doing Business Globally and Business Strategy, respectively.
