Carlos Orraca-Colom Aia

Carlos Orraca-Colom, AIA, is an accomplished Project Architect at CMA Architects & Engineers LLC since September 2020, with a diverse background in architecture spanning multiple roles. Previously, Carlos served as an in-house architect and project manager at Caribbean Cinemas, where responsibilities included overseeing the Expansion and Development Department. Experience as a Junior Architect IT was gained at Marvel Marchand and OBRA Arquitectos, with a focus on schematic design, construction document development, and project coordination. Early career roles include working as an Architect in Training with expertise in cabinet design and installation coordination, along with administrative experience at Casa del Libro, Inc. Carlos holds a Professional Degree in Architecture from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico and a High School Diploma from Colegio Inmaculada Concepción.
