Josue Cruz-Martinez P.e.

Josue Cruz-Martinez, P.E. is an experienced project manager at CMA Architects & Engineers LLC since January 2019 and serves as the Intelligent Transportation Systems Program Manager at the Autoridad de Carreteras y Transportación (ACT) since March 2005. In the current role, responsibilities include procuring and managing engineering services contracts for the planning, design, and implementation of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) in coordination with local and federal stakeholders. Previous roles at ACT included Engineer I and Engineer in Training, focusing on project compliance with PRHTA and FHWA regulations. Josue holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez, earned from 1997 to 2004, with experience in road and bridge construction project management and inspection.
