Sherif Hamdy

Sherif Hamdy is a finance professional with extensive experience in corporate financial management. Currently serving as Finance Manager at CMA CGM since July 2024, Sherif previously worked at Transmar from January 2022 to July 2024 as Corporate Financial Controller, where responsibilities included consolidating monthly financial statements, approving intercompany transactions, and reviewing financial reports for improvement opportunities. Prior roles include Corporate Services Manager and Chief Accountant at Cheif Accountant AR & Treasury from January 2017 to December 2022, and A/R Accountant at SAS EGYPT from February 2007 to April 2009. Sherif Hamdy holds a B.Sc. in Commerce with a specialization in Accounting from Ain Shams University, completed in June 2006.
