Terry Carleton

Terry Carleton is an experienced professional in client solutions operations and process engineering, currently serving as Senior Director of Client Solutions Operations at CMA CGM since February 2021. Previously, Terry held the position of Director of Process Engineering at APL from February 2017 to 2021. Prior experience includes serving as Manager of Service Contract Administration and Business Process at US LINES LLC from November 2009 to January 2017, and as Senior IT Trainer at CMA-CGM from August 2004 to October 2009. Terry began a career in training and implementation at FWL Technologies, working in various roles from August 2001 to July 2004.
