Laura Grisolano is the President and CEO of Bridge Mediation & Leadership Solutions, a company Laura founded in September 2012 to assist individuals and organizations in managing conflict to improve productivity and success. Grisolano also serves on the Advisory Board of the Kravis Leadership Institute and is a Trustee and former President of the Claremont McKenna College Alumni Association. With experience as a visiting professor at North Central College, Grisolano has taught courses on law and ethics in higher education and dispute resolution. Previous roles include attorney at Sidley Austin LLP, law clerk to the Honorable James B. Moran in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and special assistant to Arizona Governor Bruce Babbitt. Grisolano holds a JD from the University of Chicago Law School and a BA in American Studies from Claremont McKenna College, along with specialized training in mediation and conflict management from various institutions.
